1. Scope of Work
Pritrushi Engineers provides fabrication, tensile structures, and roofing solutions based on measurements and specifications agreed upon in the signed quotation. Any changes to the design after fabrication has started will incur additional costs.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate raw material procurement and fabrication. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation or delivery at the site.
3. Site Preparation
The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready for installation. This includes clear access for heavy machinery (if needed) and a stable foundation as per structural requirements discussed during the site visit.
4. Warranty & Liability
We provide a warranty on workmanship and specific materials (like UPVC sheets or Tensile fabrics) as per the manufacturer's terms. Pritrushi Engineers is not liable for structural damage caused by extreme natural disasters or unauthorized third-party modifications.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms and any project disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
